Mainetes Crianza 2017 75cl.
Mainetes Crianza from Bodegas San Dionisio is a clear example of what can be achieved with good grapes, good technology and a committed technical team. Since 2019, a young winemaker has been in charge: Ruben Granado, who has worked in important wineries and has a very open vision of wine, daring to make the first blanc de noir with the Monastrell variety. The Monastrell variety is powerful and needs to be tamed with a period in the barrel, which in the case of Mainetes, gives us a noble, silky tannin and at the same time a wine with structure. Ideal to accompany red meats and game, stews and highly aged cheeses.

TASTING
View:
Cherry red with a scarlet rim and middle layer.
Nose:
On the intense nose, memories of ripe fruit (plum), vanilla, smoky touches and cocoa stand out. Also earthy and balsamic memories and some fruit in liqueur.
Mouth:
In the mouth we find a fleshy and fresh wine. Polished noble tannin. The fruit that we find in the aftertaste is fresher, with more acidity than what appeared in the nose. Persistent, it invites you to continue drinking. Recommended temperature: between 16 ºC and 18 ºC.
