Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 56% Pinot noir and 44% chardonnay.
To make his rosé champagnes, Louis Roederer developed over the years a method totally unique in Champagne. Known in the House as "the infusion", it allows us to extract the juicy and ripe character of the Pinot noir, while preserving immense freshness. Thus, a part of the juice of the Chardonnay grapes is added to a maceration of Pinot noirs, to ferment them together and achieve a perfect integration. Fermentation takes place in oak barrels with weekly barreling. Aged for a minimum of 6 years in rhyme and rested for 8 months after disgorging. The dosage is 8 g/l.
TASTING
View:
Salmon pink color with golden reflections.
Nose:

Mouth:
Sharp and tremendously tasty profile, elegant, intense and very fruity. Recommended temperature: 6-8 ºC.
