Description
PREPARATION
To make The London Nº1 Sherry Cask gin, it is first obtained by distillation in copper stills of a maceration of 12 botanicals in grain alcohol and subsequent aging in American oak butts that have previously contained sherry wine (Tío Pepe). This aging gives it a pale yellow color due to the extraction of the oak wood components.
The gin goes through a 3-month aging process in casks that have previously contained Tío Pepe for more than 10 years.
TASTING

Nose: It contains a very pleasant aroma with notes of juniper berries and a mix of botanical nuances
Mouth: In the mouth it is smooth, elegant and complex. It has very well integrated notes of alcohol and wood and a long, velvety aftertaste.
