PREPARATION

Grapes: Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel·lo.

Llopart Leopardi is made according to the traditional method, through manual harvesting and manual stirring in desks, with grapes grown organically, according to the parameters of sustainable cultivation, with maximum respect for the environment. The peculiar geological configuration of the Can Llopart estate in the mountainous area of ​​Alt Penedès (with rugged orography in the form of slopes and terraces, and with a shallow depth of soil), gives rise to strains with a large root extension, limited vigor and very low yields. The aging takes place in the bottle for a minimum of 72 months.

TASTING

View: Pale golden color, very bright and seductive. Very fine, permanent and delicate bubble.

Nose: Complex and fragrant aroma, loaded with elegant spicy notes, ripe white fruits and pastry notes.

Mouth: Extremely balanced flavor, dry and smooth, with exquisite toasted and roasted touches, the result of its prolonged aging.

Recommended temperature: 8-10º C.
