Description

PREPARATION

For more than 80 years Pisco Capel Especial has been made from grapes harvested by hand in the Elqui Valley, in Chile. Once the pisco wine is obtained, it is taken to the vinification process and double distillation is carried out in the copper stills to obtain the most precious liquor, a purer, more aromatic and elegant pisco. Capel, the only pisco made by an association of more than 1000 owners, 1000 united farmers. Where each one is a vote in the cooperative, where it does not matter whether you have one hectare or a hundred, where treatment is equal. Currently, a wide variety of grapes are processed in the Capel distilleries, Pedro Ximénez being the most characteristic and through a double distillation process, it reaches the perfect balance to be a double quality pisco.
