PREPARATION

The Pacharán Ruavieja is made through a traditional maceration of sloes and anise with the know-how and heritage of Ruavieja. The other fundamental ingredient is time, letting the mash rest at the appropriate temperature for months, without rushing. The history of Ruavieja dates back to 1889, when the Rodríguez Ovalle winegrowing family began to shape a secret that has remained intact for four generations. TASTING

Nose: Very harmonious in aroma due to its fruity nuances.

Mouth: It remains balanced, smooth on the palate with intense fruit notes and an aniseed finish with hints of licorice.
