Although it is drunk in almost all of Spain, pacharán is most popular in the Navarra area and surrounding areas. This traditionally homemade liqueur was not marketed until 1959. It is ideal to enjoy after meals for its digestive properties, and can be enjoyed alone, with ice or with orange soda.

Description

PREPARATION

Pacharán Las Endrinas is made traditionally by maceration, mainly with two ingredients: anise and sloes. The production process begins with the collection and maceration of wild fruits at their optimal point of ripeness. Sloes are a small, round fruit obtained from the blackthorn, common in Eastern Europe, which appears dark on the outside, but is red internally. The sloes are macerated and subjected to a fermentation process with high-quality anise spirit for a period that can vary between six and eight months. Subsequently, it is filtered and decanted before being bottled for later marketing.

View: Intense, bright red color.

 

Nose: Soft and fruity aroma, pleasant, slightly sweet and aniseed.

 

Mouth: In the mouth it is soft, velvety and fruity, with notes of anise and sweet touches.
