Winemaking
The creation of this whiskey-based spirit combines the technical rigor of traditional distillation in Charente with a careful botanical fruit infusion process. It is based on grain distillates produced under the quality standards of the Les Bienheureux group. The base whiskey goes through a period of rest in oak barrels, which gives it a light, clean structure and a solid wood base before receiving the fruit.
The key step in the identity of this reference is the infusion with wild red berries and fruits (such as raspberries, strawberries and currants). High-quality natural extracts and macerations are used that slowly integrate with the alcohol, achieving a precise balance where the fruity freshness complements the distillate without masking it.
To enhance its smooth, silky profile oriented towards cocktails or direct enjoyment, the final blend is carefully reduced until it reaches 35% Vol. The liquid goes through a filtering process that preserves its characteristic amber reflections. and rubies, guaranteeing the homogeneity of the product before its final bottling in the region's facilities.
