Grapes: Pinot Noir, 14% Pinot Noir red wine from Clos Colin and Chardonnay.

La Grande Dame Rosé is made from grapes manually selected from a blend of 6 Crus and has an aging potential of 15 years. La Grande Dame is a tribute to Madame Clicquot and the creative and elegant souls who have followed in her footsteps. It is a wine to reflect the image of La Grande Dame. Madame Clicquot displayed her determination, intuition and vision when choosing and acquiring exceptional land to make the best wines with excellent grapes.

TASTING

Nose: Fresh aromas. The generosity of Pinot Noir leaves its fabulous mark after patient and calm aging within the Veuve Clicquot cellars. The wine shows a powerful presence of red fruits, highlighting raspberries and strawberries, combined with citrus notes of blood orange and grapefruit and, finally, it acquires a perfect balance, between subtle and spicy, with an aroma of red berries, rooibos tea and leather goods.

Mouth: His attack is delicate and soft. In complete harmony with the nose, the fruit stands out on the palate and manifests its intensity in red and black fruits (cherry, strawberry, blackberry and black currant). The strength and youth are adorned by its notes of long aging, dried flowers and smoky aromas, presenting an incredible complexity worthy of the best champagne with Pinot Noir.

Recommended temperature: 10-12ºC.
