At the age of 20, Marion, the owners' daughter, wanted to create a new white wine to give a personal touch to the family vineyard. She creates a unique and original wine: a blend of the best grape varieties from the southwest of France with Sémillon, a noble grape variety of sweet Bordeaux wines, and with Gros Manseng, a renowned grape variety from the Côtes de Gascogne. To enjoy as an aperitif with friends, with foie gras, sausages, fish, meats, cheeses or desserts.

PREPARATION
Grapes: 70% Semillon, 30% Gros Manseng
It brings together the best grape varieties of the southwest by blending Sémillon, a noble grape variety from sweet Bordeaux wines, with Gros Manseng, a renowned grape variety from the Côtes de Gascogne. Sémillon comes from the vineyard located on the slopes overlooking the Garonne Valley, opposite Sauternes. It benefits from one of the most beautiful terroirs (clay-calcareous and siliceous-ferruginous soils) and the sun of the region, located at the highest point of Sainte-Croix-du-Mont. The Gros Manseng is harvested after a rigorous selection process between the owners Frédéric and Françoise and their daughter Marion. He searched, tested and dared for two years, and he can finally enjoy the result of his innovative research
TASTING
View: It has a yellow color with golden reflections.
Nose: Complex combination of exotic fruits with marked notes of passion fruit, pineapple and mango.
Mouth: Neither too dry nor too sweet, smooth and delicious with exceptional flavors, which makes it unique.
