Juvé & Camps Brut Rosé 75cl.
Juvé & Camps began their journey as winegrowers in 1796 on the family estate of Espiells, in the heart of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Alt Penedès). But it was in 1921 when Antoni Juvé and his wife Teresa Camps made the house's first sparkling wine. All a work that has been transmitted generation after generation, becoming a reference cava brand in half the world.
Juvé & Camps Pinot Noir Brut Rosé is a sparkling wine under the D.O. Cava made by Juvé & Camps with the pinot noir variety in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia (Catalonia). It comes from a farm located between 180 and 245 meters above sea level. It is a Mediterranean plot with poor soils of sedimentary origin and a marked calcareous component. The vineyard is worked in a traditional way and the harvest is manual at the optimal moment of ripeness.
Pairs perfectly with pasta, sausages, Japanese cuisine and pastries.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Pinot noir Juvé and Camps Brut Rosé is a rosé brut cava made exclusively with the flower must of Pinot Noir grapes from the Espiells estate. There, sheltered by the Montserrat mountains, the good Mediterranean climate favors the intensity of the aromas of red fruits and the scarlet color of the grapes, while the poor soils of sedimentary origin and a marked calcareous component are the key to expressing its most primary nature. In each glass of Brut Rosé you can perceive the purest essence of these vineyards, because despite being a less aged cava than others from Juvé and Camps, its softness and balance maximize the virtues of Pinot noir. Contains sulfites.TASTING
View: Bright cherry red color.
Nose: Notes of strawberries and red forest fruits, wrapped in nuances of honey, toasted bread and floral memories of rose petals.
Mouth:
In the mouth it is intense, fresh and exuberant, with a medium structure and a very pleasant touch. Through the retronasal route, the herbaceous aromas and spicy notes so typical of the varietal emerge that, combined with the good load of fruit, invite you to continue drinking. It appears very lively throughout its course, led by a good acidity that rounds it off and enhances its aromas, leading to a long, harmonious and subtly bitter finish that allows it to accompany countless dishes of very different styles.Recommended temperature: Between 7 and 8º C.
