Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
Hito 2022 is a wine made from the youngest vineyards in the winery. Alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 12 days, to later complete its malolactic fermentation for 30 days. Finally, it ages in French oak barrels for 8 months.
TASTING
View:
Clean and bright. Cherry red in color with violet hues.
Nose:
Intense and expressive. The aromas of the Tempranillo variety predominate at its optimal point of maturity, accompanied by subtle notes of aging and toasted notes.
Mouth:
It presents great balance, structure and persistence. Recommended temperature: 16ºC.
