PREPARATION

The Sting is made by batch distillation or Small Batch, which consists of not mixing the different distillations obtained successively. After a total of five distillations with 10 selected botanicals, including juniper berries, coriander, angelica and iris root, orange and lemon peel, cinnamon stick or licorice, only if the final result meets the highest quality standards, The Sting is bottled or the entire process is repeated from the beginning. The laboriousness in the production is such that the production of this gin with floral, citrus and spicy aromas is very limited.

TASTING

Crystalline.

Nose:
Citrus and dry, with subtle aromas of juniper, lemon and lime.

Mouth:
Notes of juniper and a subtle citrus and floral touch of orange peel and lemon blossom are perceived.
