Bardinet Hermanos Torres 70cl.

PRODUCTION

After a year of testing, the creations of the Torres brothers, Javier and Sergio, along with the Bardinet technical team, have arrived, aiming to replicate the quality of their dishes and bring it to the drinks served at 24cielos. Bardinet gin is obtained from the distillation of eight botanicals: juniper, coriander, citrus fruits, angelica, cinnamon, rose petals, and cardamom. For this gin, the Torres brothers add their own touch with a maceration of rose petals, mandarin, and angelica root, which gives this gin its distinctive character. The botanicals used to make Bardinet Hnos Torres gin are: Juniper (Juniperus communis), coriander (Coriandrum sativum), mandarin (Citrus reticulata), lemon peel (Citrus x limon), angelica (Angelica archangelica), cinnamon (Cinnamomum verum), rose petals (Rosa ssp.) and cardamom (Elettaria cardamomum).

TASTING

Appearance: Crystal clear.

Nose: Floral aromas, of rose petals, mandarin and juniper.

Palate: Balanced, smooth, aromatic, crisp.
