Javier Moro, third generation of winegrowers and president of Bodegas Emilio Moro, one of the classic firms of Ribera del Duero, of international prestige. Finca Resalso 2022 is their entry-level wine and one of the most popular brands in Ribera del Duero. It is designed with the youngest vines from Finca Resalso, planted in Pesquera de Duero in 1932, the year Emilio Moro was born. Among the wineries that have contributed the most to making the excellence of Ribera del Duero known outside our borders is Emilio Moro. It has 200 hectares of its own vineyard, planted and grafted with a Tempranillo clone recovered from its oldest vines. Their wines are characterized by their fidelity to the “terroir” and by prioritizing the fruit character over the barrel. Finca Resalso 2022 is a young Tempranillo from Ribera del Duero that stands out above all for its versatility when it comes to pairing. Ideal with white meats, sausages and any appetizer.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo
This vintage is characterized by a climate of light temperatures during the spring, with accumulated rainfall in April and a summer of slightly lower temperatures than usual. This caused the plant's vegetative cycle to slow down. During the ripening season, the scarce rains that autumn favored the process. To make it, the wine was macerated for 12 days in its own skins. Once this time had passed, malolactic fermentation began in a stainless steel tank, this process lasted 30 days. Finally, it was aged in French oak.
TASTING
View:
It has a medium layer, cherry red in color and with violet edges.
Nose:
On the nose it is expressive and very fruity, highlighting the primary aromas of tempranillo, ripe red fruits, blueberries and blackberries that appear well defined and intense.
Mouth:
It is balanced, with a persistent but mature tannin, good acidity and pleasant palate, with a long aftertaste and pleasant memory.
Recommended temperature: Between 14º and 16ºC.
