Enrique Mendoza Pinot Noir is a Crianza red wine with D.O. Alicantesuitable for vegans, which allows us to explore how this French breed expresses itself on the shores of the Mediterranean. It is a very fruity wine, with notes of currants and blueberries, as well as minerals and toasted notes. In the mouth it is fine and pleasant, with a juicy and cheerful tannin, perfect to accompany roasts, cow cheeses, sausages, stews, game, red meat with sauce and duck.

PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir.
The grapes used to make Enrique Mendoza Pinot Noir red wine come from environmentally sustainable vineyards, located on the slope of Cabezo de la Virgen de Villena. The vineyards are non-systemic and no herbicides or insecticides are used in them. The harvest took place in September and the grapes were gently destemmed so that the whole grain was fermented in small stainless steel tanks at 27ºC. This wine remained for 12 months in new and one-year-old French Allier oak barrels. Due to its natural treatment, it may have slight sediments with age.
TASTING
View: Medium ruby red color with garnet nuances typical of its aging in the barrel.
Nose: Aroma with hints of red fruit, dry straw, graphite and a well-integrated wood background.
Mouth: Fresh, tasty, with good acidity, medium body and a style clearly determined by the fruit. Remarkable ending.
Recommended temperature: 16-18ºC.
