Grapes: 100% Verdejo
It is a unique white wine made with the Verdejo grape variety by Bodega Emina Rueda. After a research project, this wine reinforces its typicality since it ferments with native yeasts from its own hawthorns. This gives the wine great aromatic potential and delicious tropical memories and makes it a unique Verdejo.
TASTING
View:
Straw yellow color and greenish reflection, clean and very bright.
Nose:
High aromatic intensity: passion fruit, grapefruit, pineapple, fennel...
Mouth:
It is a structured wine. It presents an excellent length and balance between the fresh sensations of acidity with elegant bitterness of the Verdejo variety and intense flavors of tropical fruits, bright citrus.
Recommended temperature: 6º - 9ºC.
