Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Verdejo. Emina Verdejo Fermented in Barrel is made with grapes from the Finca de Las Piedras, where the maturity and age of the vineyard already allows obtaining a perfect and homogeneous production in poor sandy soils in the vicinity of the Pinares Region. The proximity of these pine forests and the sandy soil guarantee the freshness of an exclusive grape. After careful production, this white wine from the D.O. Rueda has fermented for at least 2 months in tank and then 7 months in new French oak barrels, which gives it an exclusive delicacy and elegance.
TASTING
View:
At first glance it presents a straw yellow color with golden reflections, clean and bright.
Nose:
On the nose, aromas of tropical fruit predominate, intertwined with aniseed and rosemary aromas typical of the Verdejo variety, with spicy aromas, of fresh brioche-type pastries from its time in French barrels, as well as delicious butter.
Mouth:
In the mouth it has a great structure, unctuous and ample volume. Recommended temperature: 6-8ºC.
