Domaine Beaux Frères Willamette Valley 2023 75cl.
The Domaine Beaux Frères Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2023 is one of Oregon's most acclaimed references. Founded in 1986 by Michael G. Etzel and his brother-in-law, the famous critic Robert Parker (hence the name Beaux Frères, "Brothers-in-law" in French), the winery is today co-owned by the founding family and the prestigious group Artémis Domaines (also owners of Clos de Tart in Burgundy or Château Latour in Bordeaux). The cuvée Willamette Valley is the gateway to the house style: a vibrant, elegant and refined expression that combines the opulence of Oregon fruit with a Burgundian-style finesse.

Winemaking
Grape: 100% Pinot Noir
The making of Domaine Beaux Frères Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2023 stands out for its approach to minimal intervention and precision, designed to showcase the freshness and natural expression of the terroir.
Primary fermentation is carried out exclusively with wild/native yeasts from the vineyard in small open vats for a period of 12 to 18 days. Bazuqueos and pumping over by hand are carried out to extract color and tannins.
It was aged for10 months on its fine lees in French oak barrels. In the 2023 vintage, only 20% new oak was used (front 30-35% of previous vintages) so as not to mask the purity of the fruit.
Faithful to the Domaine's tradition, the wine was bottled without filtering or fining to preserve all its texture, density and aromatic complexity.
