Vaudon VSOP 70cl.

The Vaudon VSOP Fins Bois cognac is a creation of Pierre Vaudon, cellar master of François Voyer. Matured in new 350-liter Limousin oak barrels after double distillation with lees for a minimum of four years, the result is a sweet and delicate cognaac with notes of honey and salted caramel. Pierre Vaudon makes his cognacs from the harvest of his own vineyard. Located in Echallat, it has 60 hectares of vineyards of both Grande Champagne and Fins Bois Cru. In the Vaudon VSOP, the spirits of the two Crus intermingle wonderfully.

Nose: Fins Bois cognacs are characterized by their sweet, toffee and honey aroma with notes of salted butter, very seductive and also have a bouquet with ripe fruits such as plum and fig. VSOP cognac is harmonious and delicate to the smell.

Path: Good Fins Bois cognacs have a soft and delicate attack, with notes of apple. VSOP cognac presents a flavor of candied fruits first, then flavors of white fruits and flowers appear. The Grande Champagne expresses itself later with a persistent body.
