Cillar de Silos Crianza, according to the winery, is the backbone of the house because it is the reflection of the character that the Tempranillo grape has in the lands of Quintana del Pidio. It comes from different terroirs and old vines. In the mouth it is fleshy, silky, balanced and structured. Ideal to accompany lamb chops, stews, pastas, meats (grilled, roasted or stewed) or in various preparations or light dishes.

PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
Cillar de Silos is the reflection of the character of the Tempranillo grape variety in the lands of Quintana del Pidio, a harvest classified as Excellent by the Regulatory Council of the D.O. Ribera del Duero. It is aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
Intense cherry color with violet reflections.
Nose:
Mixes elegance with maturity. Aromas of black and red fruit (raspberries and wild blackberries), sweet spices (nutmeg, cloves, vanilla), cedar, light roasted notes that disappear and licorice are perceived.
Mouth:
Silky and balanced with good structure. Long finish due to its refreshing acidity.
