PREPARATION

Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier.

Thiénot Brut is a blend of the three classic Champagne grape varieties, it is composed of 45% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot Noir and 20% Pinot Meunier. The reserve wines represent 45% of the blend. It ages for 4 years in the Thiénot cellars. Champagne Thiénot was born in 1985, by Alain Thiénot, who, using his well-established contacts with producers, managed to guarantee an extraordinary supply of grapes. It is considered one of the best houses in Champagne, privileging quality over quantity, creativity over traditionalism.

TASTING

View: Very light color with green reflections. A persistent thread of bubbles with a creamy mousse.

Nose: Spring aroma, where floral aromas intertwine with hints of fruit jam, apples and quince.

Mouth: Lively and delicate, round and long on the palate, with a succession of aromas of apple and pear, of fresh fruits that evolve towards a long finish that recalls a succession of country notes.
