Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo.
To make the red wine Cepa 21 2020 an alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature for 18 days, to later complete its malolactic fermentation for 30 days. It is aged in French oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
An intense, clean and bright cherry red color can be seen.
Nose:
On the nose you can see notes typical of matured Tempranillo, but retaining a good freshness.
Mouth:
In the mouth it is elegant. It contains balanced acidity and has a long and pleasant finish. Recommended temperature: serve between 12-14ºC.
