PREPARATION

Grapes: Macabeo and Chardonnay.

Segura Viudas Brut Reserva Heredad is made with 9 different wines, each of them vinified in separate tanks, which subsequently age in the bottle in contact with its lees for more than 24 months. The yeasts provide structure, softness in the mouth, more complex aromas (honey, nuts, flowers) and an elegant and persistent bubble. The aging ends when the expert gives the magic touch to each bottle with the "poignettage", a twist of the wrist that intensifies the contact of the lees with the wine, thus giving a more complex bouquet.

TASTING

View: Straw yellow in color, its bubble is small and well integrated.

Nose: On the nose, the aromas of its aging on lees emerge first, with its smokiness and hints of pastries, appearing at the end with slight touches of honey, fruit and petals.

Mouth: In the mouth it is excellent, fruity and tasty, with the presence of nuts from its aging, but very elegant, leaving a feeling of fullness to everyone who enjoys it.
