Description
Winemaking
Grapes: Grenache.
Brut Rosé Rubor Aurorae is a rosé cava made with grapes from the “Mas Miquel” estate, registered in the D.O. Cava, which allows Mascaró to control the entire production process and guarantee the high quality of the final product. Coming from the 100% Garnacha grape variety, which they process in their winery located in Penedès to obtain the base wine with which this original cava is made. The aging, for at least 12 months, takes place in the heart of the Penedès, in a beautiful modernist building from the beginning of the last century located in Vilafranca del Penedès, in the underground tunnels of our Mascaró cellars, built in the 40s.
