Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada.
Roger Goulart Semi Seco Reserva is a young cava despite its 24 months of aging. In it, an attempt is made to preserve the freshness and youth of the base wines with which it is made with a slight note of aging provided by the yeast during the period spent in the cellar. The varieties are made separately. The fermentation of the musts is carried out at 16-18º C with selected yeasts. After the draft, the second fermentation and aging is carried out in cellars located 30 meters deep, at a constant temperature of 14º C all year round.
TASTING
View: Pale yellow color with good release of fine bubbles.
Nose: Fruity aroma and light notes of yeast with a sweet and honeyed background.
Mouth: In the mouth it is clearly sweet, but with a pleasant acidity that makes it very fresh, intense and persistent.
Recommended temperature: 6-8º C.
