Na Sol de Rechenna Brut Nature is a sparkling wine with D.O. Cava de Valencia, born from the combination of the best Western grapes from Requena, grown with northern exposures and from the patience and stillness of its aging in the winery. Its name is due to Sol, one of the Cid's daughters married precisely in that city. It is ideal to enjoy throughout the meal, with any Mediterranean cuisine dish. Its creaminess in the mouth prevents it from saturating the palate. Especially suitable for baked fish and meats.

PREPARATION

Grapes: Macabeo and Chardonay.

Na Sol de Rechenna Brut Nature is made following the most scrupulous traditional method, which consists of achieving the second fermentation of the wine in the same bottle. It has remained for more than 15 months at 17ºC in maximum calm and without sudden changes in temperature or light. Gaining day by day in complexity, roundness in the mouth and firmness in its bubble. Seeking maximum respect for the product, it is presented as Brut Nature, that is, without the addition of sugar to mask its naturally acquired virtues.

TASTING

View: Light golden color with a fine, small bubble.

 

Nose: Light aromas of apple, white fruit and hay.

 

Mouth: In the mouth it gives us a fresh touch, with the integration of very light carbonation, hints of pastries, with an aftertaste of white fruits, with a finish of medium intensity.

 

Recommended temperature: 6-7º C.
