Winemaking

Grapes: Xarel·lo and Macabeo.

Gramona Tres Lustros Finca Font de Jui Brut Nature is made following a 100% artisanal process. The harvest is carried out manually, using a selection table, the grapes are entered by gravity and the entire clusters are pressed. This sparkling wine has an aging period of more than 84 months. During the resting time in the silence of the cellar, a cork stopper is used, which allows for longer aging. Desks are used, removing and uncorking are carried out manually. No added sugar.

Tasting notes

View: Straw color with gold trim.

Nose: Good intensity and great expressiveness on the nose with notes of ripe stone fruit, peach, apricot, apples, touches of Mediterranean herbs such as rosemary, thyme, withered flowers, mushroom, moss. Pronounced notes of aging, hazelnuts, walnuts, toasted bread crust, coffee and spicy notes.

Mouth: Strong entry in the mouth, with great structure as it passes through the palate. Very fine bubbles that melt into the wine, leaving a velvety texture. Great freshness and verticality, with a finish of mineral sensations.

Recommended temperature: 8-10º C.

Food pairing

Thanks to the balance between structure, creaminess and freshness, it harmonizes with an endless number of raw materials and preparations. Iberian ham, foie, terrines, cold meats. Seafood and fish. White meats, rice, even some spoon dishes. Paellas, marmitakos, risottos.
