The oldest wine from the winery based in Laguardia has exceptional quality as demonstrated by the handful of distinctions and awards it receives year after year. It is easy to pair with any type of meat. Grilled mushrooms. Some very flavorful or fatty fish, such as tuna or cod. Emmental or Gruyere cheeses. Good with rice with mushrooms. Prizes and scores:

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo
The grapes used come from centuries-old strains of low yield, which allows a great concentration of aroma and flavors in each of the grains. The harvest is carried out with the utmost care, using small boxes so as not to damage the harvested grapes. Upon entering the winery, the most suitable clusters are selected that will later be used for winemaking. Campillo Gran Reserva, after a production process that follows the lessons of years of experience in the area, is ultimately aged for 30 months in Allier French oak barrels.
TASTING
View:
Intense cherry red color, with garnet reflections.
Nose:
Very expressive, displaying complex aromas of ripe black fruit with hints of spice and notes of vanilla and licorice.
Mouth:
Broad, powerful, round, fleshy. Long and distinguished finish.
Recommended temperature: 16ºC.
