Description
Winemaking
The Torres 15 brandy is made from the distillation process of wine from grapes from Penedès varieties such as Xarel·lo or Ugni Blanc, which provide body and fruity aromas; Macabeo, which gives aromas of dried fruits and Parellada, which provides a delicate acidity, which are pressed and left to ferment to obtain alcohol in the wine. Then, to obtain the brandy, they distill the wine through a continuous distillation process that allows them to search for softer aromatic profiles, for more versatile brandies, ideal for cocktails like Torres 15. Over the years, aging through the traditional Soleras system in American oak barrels begins to take effect and the brandy acquires its aged characteristics that will make it unique: its softness, intensity and complexity.

View: Mahogany color with bright amber tones and topaz reflections.
Nose: Predominant aromas of caramel, vanilla, dates and toasted hazelnuts.
Mouth: Smooth on the tongue, with an elegant finish that has touches of toffee and wood.
