Palatepiedra Vino de Aldea 2029 is a wine that is unlike any other, extremely unique and yet totally accessible, with an extraordinary evolution in the glass and that will undoubtedly develop more nuances and complexity as the years go by. Bodegas Terra D'Art has the capacity to produce about 10,000 bottles. They work each and every one of the plots in an ecological way, with the minimum treatments that the vintage allows and 100% natural, to produce quality organic wines. The craftsmanship, the care of the vineyard, matching the yield with the leaf surface, the plot, and the vintage, is essential to subsequently be able to produce a wine with the Terra D'Art brand. Their philosophy is very clear, sustainable and biodynamic practices, both in cultivation and production. A perfect wine to accompany red meats, whether grilled, baked or stewed. Its spicy character will highlight game meats, and its acidity will enhance legume and spoon dishes.

Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Prieto Picudo
The grapes are harvested early, taking advantage of the first hours of the day, and arrive at the winery at 8º degrees, controlling the temperature. Each grain is selected twice, first in the field and there is a second selection in the winery. It is gently destemmed and vatted in low-capacity stainless steel tanks. All maceration is done by hand using very light bazookas, taking advantage of the fermentation. We extend this fermentation between 20 and 30 days for maximum extraction. Once the fermentation is finished, it is racked into second and third year barrels, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged for 14-15 months. During its aging, 7 rackings are carried out during the waning moon.
TASTING
View: Intense beet red color, with a very high layer.
Nose: The black fruits of blackberry, currant and blueberry stand out. It has an important balsamic component. Its mineral component, provided by the sandy soils, stands out.
Mouth: Very sweet and powerful at the same time, with earthy nuances.
Service temperature: Between 16º and 17ºC
