This Champagne is the reflection of total mastery of the art of mixing. It is in the spirit and ancestral know-how of the original champagnes. This unique vintage, entirely vinified in wood, is respectfully composed of three Champagne grape varieties. It offers an explosion of flavors on the palate conducive to the production of great Champagne wines.

Winemaking
Grapes: 35% Chardonnay, 35% Pinot noir, 30% Pinot meunier
The Brut Sous Bois is committed to a complex aromatic definition and a character associated with vinification and aging in used oak barrels. It undergoes partial malolactic fermentation and contains between 30 and 35% reserve wines. It matures on its lees in the cellar for 6 to 7 years and is dosed with 7g/l of sugar.

A crystalline and brilliant layer of golden yellow with brilliant reflections, animated by fine sparkling and uniform bubbles.
Nose:
The olfactory impact of a wealth of harmonious expressions (dried fruits, fresh citrus fruits and white fruits) associated with seductive notes with fine touches of butter.
Mouth:
An explosion of flavors (toasted notes of pastries, toffee), conducive to the elegant fullness of the great Champagne wines.
Recommended temperature: Serve at 11-12ºC.
