Grapes: 100% Grenache
Old Grenache vineyards with low yields, located on hills at 700-1,000 meters of altitude. Alcoholic fermentation and wood aging in stainless steel tanks under controlled temperature. Aged for 10 months in French oak barrels.

Mouth:
Powerful and full with a very fresh and fruity passage, but tasty and complex, mineral, with a notable finish in the mouth where the fruity and spicy aromas. Magnificent expression of an elegant Aragonese Grenache with very ripe tannins.
Food pairing
Ideal to accompany rice with game and sweet meats, stewed legumes, mushrooms and poultry. Fish and seafood casseroles in sauce. It combines very well with aged and blue cheeses.
