Description
PREPARATION
Amaro Ramazzotti is made from a perfect blend of 33 aromatic botanicals including Calabrian oranges, cinchona, rhubarb, gentian and star anise. The bitter taste group provides a mild bitterness, typical of herbal liqueurs, obtained from quinine, gentian and rhubarb, which combines particularly well with the other ingredients to create a balance of flavors. The key characteristic of the citrus flavor group comes from distilled orange peel, which gives Amaro a delicately fresh citrus aroma that delights the senses with its sweet succulence. Rosemary and oregano, reigning supreme in the world of aromatic herbs, characterize the group of Mediterranean flavors, giving Amaro its distinctive aroma. The group of floral flavors combines green notes with the bitterness of wormwood oil and the delicate floral notes of hyssop flowers. The group of spicy flavors provides a light and spicy aftertaste to Amaro, as well as the heat typically conferred by spices and provided by myrrh and turmeric.
