PREPARATION
Ron Aguanile White Label is made from alcohols distilled from the fermentation of molasses obtained from the sugar production process. The production process begins with the extraction of the juices of the Sugar Cane plant, juice that is industrially processed until obtaining Sugar Cane Spirit. To obtain Aguanile White Label, the distillates are aged for at least one year in American white oak barrels. These spirits are extracted from the barrel, to be mixed and produce base rums. These Base Rums are aged again for years in barrels. The mixture of rums from different ages of aging in the Caribbean is the main component for the formulation of Aguanile Label Blanca 3, a liquid that once arrives at our facilities in Spain, is aged again for a minimum of 1 year.TASTING
View: Light amber color, with brightness, cleanliness and total transparency, with nuance and tonality typical of the evolution and concentration of tannins, contributed and transformed, when these compounds are oxidized during aging.
Nose: With a soft and balanced peculiar smell, they allow you to perceive a set of primary and secondary aromas. The primary ones are like a set of fruity aromas, with hints of notes of vanilla, coconut, dried grapes and prunes. The secondary notes are reminiscent of oak wood transformed in its contact with the oxygen of the Caribbean climate, notes of dried fruits, walnuts and almonds.
Mouth: Light sweetness and fruity flavor of dehydrated grapes, with small pulsating notes that recall its alcoholic content, without feeling a burning sensation on the palate. The sensation when swallowing is that it fills the palate, leaving a slight itch, balanced with a slight bitter note, without being annoying. It produces a sensation of soft heat in the throat, typical of its alcoholic level.
