Nordés is a vodka of Galician origin made with potatoes in the style of traditional Polish vodkas, but in this case, the tubers are of Galician origin, from Xinzo de Limia (Orense). The result is a vodka with personality, round in the mouth and suitable for drinking alone or as a base for surprising cocktails.

Description
Winemaking
Nordés Vodka is the result of the triple distillation of potatoes of the Agria and Kennebec variety, chosen for their high starch content, which favors the vodka production process and guarantees a unique and elegant product. Each bottle of Nordés vodka requires 10 to 15 kg of potatoes, and is made by triple distillation in copper stills, adding different types of enzymes to transform the starch into sugar and then yeasts to ferment it. Although the usual thing for vodka is to carry out six distillations, in the case of Nordés with only three distillations they manage to maintain that point of flavor that is reminiscent of the raw material that gave rise to it.
