N Vodka VLC 70cl.

NVodkaVLC is made with high quality wheat and water from Sierra Nevada, which is based on a mixture of cereals in which there will always be malt, crushed in a roller mill until obtaining a grain flour and mixed with water. Once all the sugars have dissolved in the hot water, it is filtered to separate the sugar water or 'wort' from the bagasse and the rest of the solid waste from the cereal. Yeasts are added and fermentation proceeds, this process lasts several days. After three distillations, a high-alcohol vodka is obtained that is diluted with pure Sierra Nevada water to achieve its 40º strength. Finally, we proceed to filtration.
