Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: Merlot and Syrah.
The Binifadet rosé wine is made with grapes selected from the best plots of the Binifadet estate, in the south of the island of Menorca, characterized by its calcareous soil. The harvest is carried out manually and a part of the wine finishes fermentation in French oak barrels, the rest in stainless steel at 17° C with lees for 4 months. Cold stabilization is carried out to avoid precipitates and malolactic fermentation is not carried out. Bodegas Binifadet is more than just a winery, it is a family life project that began in 1979 with Carlos Anglés, when he planted the first vines in his house and began making wine for his family and friends. In 2004 the winery opened to the public and the dream of recovering the tradition of making wine in Menorca and, at the same time, speaking of all the magic of the Menorcan island began to be shared.
TASTING
View: Bright pink color.
Nose: Very elegant and soft aroma, the memories of red fruit (raspberry and cherry) and sweet spices such as cinnamon sticks are clear.
Mouth: In the mouth it is very fresh, pleasant and tasty.
Recommended temperature: 6º C.
