Grapes: Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay.
The blend of Champagne Veuve Clicquot Rich Rosé is composed of 45% Pinot Noir, which is the backbone that supports Veuve Clicquot wines and gives Champagne its fundamental structure. A large proportion of Meunier (40%) brings roundness to the blend and Chardonnay (15%) completes it with a touch of freshness. The blend is completed with 15% red Pinot Noir. The particularity of Rich stands out in its dose of 60 g/l, which improves the aromas of the mixture. As Veuve Clicquot's Cellar Master shares: “Sugar in Champagne is like spices in a recipe: if used correctly, it can bring out specific aromas and play with flavors."
