PREPARATION

The Lustau Rojo vermouth is a blend of two wines: an Amontillado, dry and with character, and a Pedro Ximénez, sweet and silky, aged for more than 10 years with the traditional Solera and Criaderas system. It is a genuine vermouth with a lot of Andalusian character. Its main botanicals are: Sage, which provides bitter and subtly spicy notes; gentian, to reinforce astringency; cilantro, which offers citrus and herbaceous notes; wormwood, which provides the characteristic bitterness of vermouth; and orange peel, to give it its freshness and citrus aromas.

TASTING

View: Mahogany color with reddish tones.

Nose: The sweet aromas of ripe fruit intertwine with citrus and herbaceous notes, on a background of smoky wood.

Mouth: Velvety, tasty and balanced. With a nutty and slightly bitter finish.
