PRODUCTION
Tovel’s Gin is produced in the province of Trento, Italy and is made with natural glacial water and wonderful botanical ingredients such as: elderflowers, juniper berries, caraway seeds, gentian root, mountain pine shoots, Angelica root, cornelian cherry fruit, lemon peel, and ash bark during its production, which gives it a unique smooth flavor through steam infusion. The glacial water springs from the dolomite rocks near the lake after being filtered and enriched with their precious minerals. The water reaches the distillery after a few minutes through the aqueduct with its freshness and properties intact. It is a gin of incredible complexity.
TASTING
Appearance: Clear color.
Nose: It is very surprising for its aroma without needing to be very intense. Inviting, complex, and round on the nose.
Palate: A notable flavor while still remaining delicate. With a characteristic smoothness, while also perceived as dry on the palate. Wonderfully long finish with licorice and vanilla flavors.
