The Czech company Albert Michler Disitillery is one of the best-known and oldest independent bottlers in the rum segment. The history of this company dates back to the mid-19th century and has been rebuilt since 2015. Their bottlings usually receive an innovative double maturation in the Czech Republic. PREPARATION
The Rum Factory 15 years is produced at Bodega de América SA in Panama and the average maturation time is at least 15 years in American white oak barrels. It was distilled from Molasses with a Column Alembic and then aged for 15 years. Rum is produced by fermentation and distillation of sugar cane molasses. Molasses is a waste from the sugar industry with a brown and viscous consistency. Much of the sugar cannot be dissolved in the distillery and remains in the residual product, molasses. Molasses can only be used after diluting it with water for fermentation, because the sugar molecules are still too concentrated for yeast to transform them into alcohol.TASTING

Soft aromas of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak and cinnamon.Mouth:
Exotic fruits, coconut, pineapple and plums, with a little panela, coffee and dark chocolate. With a long finish, with toffee, dark chocolate and a touch of tobacco smoke.
