PREPARATION
The GlenAllachie 35 Years, dates back to 1989, matured to perfection in three Pedro Ximénez barrels, one Oloroso and two virgin oak barrels, with an alcohol content of 48%, natural color, without added coloring and filtered without chilling, allowing this extraordinary liquor to speak for itself.
TASTING
View: Intense copper color
Nose: Waves of mocha, cinnamon, heather honey and pineapple, with notes of raisins, pomegranate and eucalyptus.
Mouth:
Layers of dark chocolate, mocha, raisins and dried fruits, merging with heather honey, molasses and pineapple, with hints of cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
