Description
PREPARATION
El Jimador Reposado 100% Blue Agave is jimmed by hand, with the heart of the plant or pineapple exposed. The expert artisans wait until the caramelized juices and natural sugars are at their point of perfection. The juice or must is placed in open tanks where it undergoes natural fermentation using yeasts that float in the air, giving life to the juice organically, and once ready, it is double distilled in order to remove all impurities from the tequila. The result will be crystal clear with a fresh flavor. To obtain El Jimador Reposado, the tequila is aged for at least two months in hand-made American white oak barrels, until the perfect moment arrives. The result is worth the wait: an exquisite golden tone and a warm, soft agave flavor. Once bottled, the aging of the tequila stops.
