Raventós i Blanc de Nit Rosé Brut is a Catalan rosé sparkling wine made by the Raventós family, a historic family of world viticulture, which has been working the same land for twenty-one generations, 90 hectares of vineyards, forest and lake, with a specific microclimate, marked by the river, a lake, two streams and the Turó del Serral. Perfect to accompany white meat dishes, sweet and savory desserts and appetizers.

Description

PREPARATION

Grapes: Xarel·lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Monastrell.

Raventós i Blanc de Nit Rosé Brutis made with biodynamic viticulture grapes harvested by hand. Entry into the winery is carried out by gravity and with slow pressing at low pressures, through static settling at low temperatures. The first fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, separating varieties and soil types. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle with a minimum aging of 18 months. Expedition liquor is not added.

TASTING

View: Slightly pinkish, pale and elegant color captures you with sensuality. Small, constant and pleasant bubble.

 

Nose: It presents notes of dried roses, wild fruits, citrus and the typical vegetal touches of Xarel·lo, such as fennel.

 

Mouth: In the mouth it is light, intensely tasty, with an accentuated acidity that makes it fresh and with persistent bubbles. Dry finish.

 

Recommended temperature: 6-8º C.
