PREPARATION
Grapes: Garnacha and viura.
Contact with the skins at low temperature for 3 hours, to achieve a light salmon pink color. After this time, the must is collected and fermented in tanks at a low temperature to preserve the entire aromatic profile.
TASTING
View:
Salmon pink color of pale intensity.
Nose:
Medium intensity, with aromas of citrus, orange peel, white flowers and aromatic herbs.
Mouth: Fresh and light in the mouth, with balanced acidity. Pleasant ending.
Recommended temperature: 11-13ºC.
