Description
PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Tempranillo
Rigorous manual selection of bunches in small boxes and artisanal fermentation in wooden vats at a controlled temperature of 27-28ºC. Native yeasts are used. It is aged for 15 months in new French oak barrels and then 10 months in the bottle in an underground cellar.
TASTING
View:
Clean and bright. Ruby red color, with garnet nuances.
Nose:
Clean and high aromatic intensity. Contains notes of black fruit, with aromas of black pepper, cloves and chocolate.
Mouth:
Long, intense and balanced. Complex retronasal with fruity memories.
Recommended temperature: 16-17ºC.
