PREPARATION
Grapes: 100% Glera Vinification is carried out according to a traditional procedure. First, the grapes are gently pressed. Fermentation then occurs in temperature-controlled tanks. This method preserves the fresh aromas and ensures a fine and fruity final product. Next, the second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks, which generate a perfect mousse. Prosecco is aged for several months to achieve a balanced and complex flavor profile.
TASTING
View: Bright and intense ruby color. Nose: Notes of ripe cherries and berries combine with subtle nuances of citrus and fresh bread. Mouth: It displays its refreshing vivacity, accompanied by a fruity finish. The fine bubble provides a pleasant effervescence.
