 PRODUCTION

The Platinvm London Dry Gin Premium gin is distilled in England using the London Dry Gin method, with traditional stills from grain alcohols and with a careful selection of 13 botanicals: juniper, angelica from Saxony and Belgium, bitter almond, coriander from Morocco and Bulgaria, cassia bark, orris root, ginger, licorice, orange peel, lemon peel, grapefruit peel, and silver flakes.

 TASTING

Appearance:
Transparent, translucent, with a steely reflection and broad flickering glints in its clean and bright base.

Nose:
Symphony of very well-integrated aromas, sweet notes, floral notes, spicy notes, and notes of alcohol, fine, aromatic, with delicate and enveloping notes of wild berries such as juniper, light resinous hints, and a subtle background of aromatic herbs. Slightly sharp but very balsamic.

Palate:
Very smooth and sumptuous entry, hints of juniper berries, flavors of other aromatic herbs, a slight touch of citrus resins, alcohol flavor with a mild prickle, very fine due to its good distillation, very aromatic, with broad balsamic notes.
