Description
a0PRODUCTION
Pink 47 Gin is made in London in small batches through a four-distillation process in copper stills from the finest neutral grain alcohol and 12 botanicals from different parts of the world. It is then rectified with water from the River Dee, west of the British island, to reach 47 degrees of alcohol, considered the ideal strength for a gin. The 12 botanical elements used in its production are: Italian juniper, Spanish orange and lemon peel, two types of coriander, licorice, cassia root, nutmeg, two types of angelica, Spanish almond and orris root.
